Booking directly with us is cheaper. Third-party platforms add extra commission, which makes the price higher. That’s why we mainly don’t list on those travel sites.

Yes – food, drinks, transport, and guide are all included. The only extra cost is if you choose to buy something personal during the tour.

We still run tours rain or shine. If the weather gets heavy, we’ll adjust or reschedule. We also provide raincoats for you.

We don’t offer car tours, as the motorbike is the best way to experience Saigon properly. It’s safe, immersive, and lets you really feel the city. We take you through small alleys and local streets that cars simply can’t access – that’s where the real food and culture are.

Yes, children are welcome. From 6 years old and up, they ride with one of our team members as passengers. Kids 5 and under can ride with a parent, as allowed by local law.
Yes – it’s safe for kids to ride. We go slow and steady so you can enjoy the city, and our experienced drivers follow all rules and know the roads well.

Yes – we can accommodate vegetarians and most allergies with advance notice. If you book with us and can’t eat certain foods, just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure to avoid them for you.

Yes – we only choose trusted local spots that are clean and popular with locals, not random street stalls. We’ve personally eaten there and made sure everything meets our standards before bringing you.

For our standard tours, groups can go up to 20 people as they’re shared tours.
If you prefer something more personal, we also offer private tours just for you and your group – no one else joins. These are more flexible, so we can adjust the start time, food stops, and overall experience to suit you.

Yes, we provide pickup and drop-off in central areas, including District 1
If you’re staying outside our pickup zone, we may ask you to meet us at our pickup point at the Opera House in District 1 to start the tour.

Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your tour date. The remaining balance can be paid after the tour is done.
