This policy explains how tour bookings are processed, confirmed and delivered by Sunshine Tours.
1. Tour Services
Sunshine Tours provides local travel experiences, food tours, sightseeing tours and other tourism-related activities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
As our services are provided at a specific date and time, no physical goods are shipped to customers.
2. Booking Confirmation
After a customer submits a booking request through our website, Sunshine Tours will review the booking information and confirm the availability of the selected tour.
A booking is considered confirmed when Sunshine Tours sends a booking confirmation to the email address, phone number or other contact information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.
3. Booking Information
The booking confirmation may include:
- Customer name
- Tour name
- Tour date
- Meeting point
- Starting time
- Number of participants
- Tour price
- Payment status
- Contact information
- Special instructions, if applicable
Customers should carefully review the booking confirmation and contact Sunshine Tours as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
4. Meeting Point and Arrival Time
Customers are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least [15] minutes before the scheduled tour departure time.

Customers who arrive late may not be able to join the tour, particularly where the tour involves scheduled transportation or a fixed itinerary.
5. Tour Delivery
The tour service will be delivered according to the itinerary and information displayed on the website or provided in the booking confirmation.
The itinerary may be adjusted when reasonably necessary due to:

- Traffic conditions
- Safety concerns
- Temporary closure of attractions or venues
- Government regulations
- Operational circumstances

6. Motorbike Tours
For tours involving motorbikes or other transportation, customers must follow all safety instructions provided by Sunshine Tours and its tour guides.
Customers must wear the required safety equipment and comply with applicable traffic and safety regulations.
Sunshine Tours may refuse participation where a customer’s conduct creates a significant safety risk to themselves, the tour guide or other participants.
7. No-Show
A customer who does not arrive at the designated meeting point within the applicable waiting period may be considered a no-show.
No-show bookings may not be eligible for a refund, subject to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.
