Our standard tours may be shared with other guests who book the same tour on the same date and time. The maximum group size is 20 guests. If your group has more than 20 people, we can still accommodate everyone together with advance notice.

If you prefer a private experience exclusively for your group, or would like a customized itinerary, this can be arranged for an additional $59 USD per person (minimum 2 guests), added to the price of your selected tour.

• Of course, we’ll still add our own local twist so you get an authentic experience your way

All private and customized tours are personally hosted by Michael, the owner of Sunshine Tours, for a more personalized experience. With him, expect an unforgettable experience filled with energy from beginning to end.

 For an additional $59 USD, our team can professionally film and edit a personalized video of your tour experience.

Your completed video will be delivered via email within one week and serves as a unique keepsake of your time in Vietnam.

Complimentary hotel pickup is available within District 1 and the nearby border areas. If your hotel is outside our pickup zone, the meeting point will be the Saigon Opera House in District 1.

• Cancel 2–7 days before your tour: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
• Cancel on the day of the tour: Deposits are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed via PayPal. Any PayPal transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.
• Reschedule free of charge up to 10 days before your tour date.
• Same-day rescheduling incurs a fee of 200,000 VND per person.
• In the event of severe weather, you may choose to receive a full deposit refund or reschedule your tour for another date.

If any members of your group do not attend the tour on the day of pickup, the full remaining balance for those reserved spots will still be due. This is because guides, drivers, food, and all tour arrangements are prepared and reserved in advance for your group.
